Jasmine Suiter

MSW, LCSW

My role as your therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which your views are heard, respected, and upheld as valuable and important.

My journey to becoming a therapist started as an adolescent when I found myself struggling, and through much encouragement from loved ones, I was placed in counseling. It was from this experience that I learned the power of therapy and all it can offer. Through my experience, I learned how crucial it is to have a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe. With the help of my therapist, I was able to discover the strengths that I already possessed and build my self-esteem. This has shaped the way I work with my own clients. I firmly believe that every person holds the strength and potential to work through life’s obstacles. I seek to help my clients discover their potential and learn coping skills and strategies that will assist them in reaching their desired goal(s).

Outside of the counseling room, I love any and all outdoor activities, such as hiking (with my dogs of course!), camping, biking, rollerblading, etc. I also enjoy reading, being with loved ones, traveling and experiencing new places, and trying new restaurants.

I assist clients who are experiencing a range of presenting concerns including: anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, sexual abuse, LGBTQIA+, and life transitions.
