I believe that everyone is capable of healthy change to achieve their maximum potential and reach a deep satisfaction with life.

My desire is to create a space where people can feel comfortable and safe to be their authentic selves as they engage in the process of delving into the human within. My approach is client centered and individualistic, tailoring therapy to fit the client’s needs. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest Christian University. I have formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy all forms of adventure and the outdoors. I love to travel and engage in new cultures, new people, new food, and new experiences. Most of all, I love spending time with my family, friends, and my wonderful husband, and I find myself abundantly blessed to live in a community that is so supportive and warmhearted.
