Chelsea Guyette

Client Care Coordinator

Chelsea is a passionate advocate and activist for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and firmly believes that these values are essential for creating a healthy and thriving community. She grew up in the Eugene area and holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon.

In addition to her advocacy work, Chelsea is also a strong supporter of mental health and wellness. She understands the importance of prioritizing mental health, especially for marginalized populations, and is committed to helping others access the resources they need to support their well-being.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys gardening, making pottery, and volunteering with non-profit agencies that provide support and resources to un-housed individuals. She finds that these creative and community-focused activities help her to stay grounded and connected to her values.

Overall, Chelsea is a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to promoting equity and justice in her community, while also prioritizing the importance of mental health and wellness.

Dani Spearman

Practice Manager

Dani is a Portland native who loves all things Oregon. In her free time she enjoys visiting the beaches with her husband and son, gardening and spending as much time with family as possible. Dani also loves cuddling up with the family's fur babies, a Tibetan Terrier named Toby and a very fat tabby cat named Sam.

Dani is passionate about the mental health field. She firmly believes that by taking care of your mental health you can find the peace and happiness that everyone deserves. She is an advocate for all communities and believes in equal rights, opportunities and respect for all.

 

Sarah Harris

Director of operations

Sarah is a passionate professional with a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. She advocates for social justice causes and is dedicated to reducing barriers, stopping unhealthy cycles and demonstrating compassion and empathy in her daily life. 

Sarah has dedicated over 21 years to the behavioral health and addiction recovery field. With her CADC II certification and a bachelor's degree in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology from the University of Oregon, she combines expertise with genuine care to support individuals on their journey to recovery. 

As the Director of Operations, Sarah is deeply honored by the trust her colleagues place in her. It's an honor she carries with great humility. She finds genuine joy in leading her team, recognizing that true leadership involves both guiding and learning from others. In her role, Sarah strives to cultivate a workplace culture where every individual feels valued, respected, and supported in their professional growth and development. She fosters an environment of collaboration and open communication, where ideas are encouraged, and everyone's contributions are recognized and appreciated.

Beyond her leadership duties, Sarah's passion lies in assisting others seeking recovery and in reducing stigmas surrounding mental health and addiction. Particularly devoted to increasing access to treatment for youth and young adults, she actively advocates for more inclusive and accessible support systems. Sarah believes that by breaking down barriers and addressing societal misconceptions, more individuals can receive the help they need to overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. Her dedication to this cause drives her work both within the organization and the broader community where she continues to spread awareness and advocate for change.

Guided by her feminist principles, Sarah is always passionate about promoting gender equality and empowerment in all aspects of her life. Sarah champions feminist causes, working towards dismantling systemic barriers and fostering a more equitable and safe society.

In her personal life, Sarah cherishes spending time with her family and visiting the beach as often as possible. Having grown up in Hawaii, Sarah loves the ocean and the peace she finds there. Blue, their Belgian Malinois, brings boundless joy and energy to their household, adding an extra layer of love and companionship to their lives.

Michele Morgan

Director of Community Engagement

Michele has spent over two decades working in the areas of community engagement, development, and leadership in Lane County. Throughout her career as a seasoned nonprofit professional, Michele has focused on creating meaningful connections between organizations and their stakeholders, as well as fostering relationships that lead to positive impact.

Prior to her role at Insight Northwest Counseling, Michele served as the Director of Development and Communications at CASA of Lane County, where she led the fundraising, marketing, and public relations efforts of the organization.

In her personal life, Michele is the proud mama to three beautiful daughters and Gaga to four amazing grandchildren. Though she doesn't have any fur babies currently, she is an avid animal lover. Michele feels passionately about wellness - physical, mental and spiritual and that truly guides her, which is why she believes she was guided here – to pursue quality mental healthcare and wellness for all.
