Need a prescription refill?
Please schedule an appointment. Refills are only given during appointments with your provider. We do this so that your medications are routinely monitored and we are providing the best possible care, rather than simply refilling your medication.
If the pharmacy is recommending you to “receive provider approval” to have your medication covered by your insurance please do the following: Use the GoodRX app available on iPhone and Android OR have your provider send your medication through Cost Plus Drugs Pharmacy.
Prescription medication changes
Before a medication change can be approved you are required to have a session with your psychiatric provider. Medication prescriptions can not be approved over the phone by our Client Care Coordinators.
Changing Pharmacies?
Please either 1) call our main office and let them know which pharmacy you’d like your medication sent to or 2) let your provider know during your follow up appointment.
Cancellations
and no shows
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
If no show or late cancel to an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment you will be charged the full cost of the session. If you no show or late cancel 2 or more sessions with any of our providers at INC it may result in termination of care at our organization.
Unable to attend your scheduled visit?
Please call us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to cancel in order to avoid being charged the cost of the session. If we do not answer, please leave a message or text message.
New Patients
You are required to complete your psychiatric consent and new patient documents via SimplePractice 48 hours prior to your initial scheduled appointment. If you do not complete this process 48 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

Please be aware it may take us 48 business hours to get back to you. We will do our best to respond to you same day of your request.
Phone hours
We are available by phone between 9am - 6pm (PST) Monday through Friday. Saturdays we are available 12-2pm (PST). If you are in need of communicating with us after hours please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis please call 911 or go to your local emergency room immediately.
Sending a message/coordinating care with a provider
You can coordinate care by either 1) calling our main line at 541-357-9433 and speak with our Client Care Coordinators or messaging your provider via SimplePractice. Click here for more information.
Leaving a voicemail
If you reach our voicemail box we will call you back within 48 business hours.
