As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed care, prioritizing the dignity and respect of each individual I work with.
My approach is centered on understanding your unique experiences and empowering you to set and achieve your personal goals. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment to foster healing and growth.
After nearly two decades in the corporate sector, I chose to transition into the behavioral health field, driven by a profound passion for connection and healing. My focus is on trauma-informed care, as I believe that understanding and empathy are essential for fostering resilience and growth. Together, we can explore the complexities of your experiences, discovering strengths and insights along the way. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and customized to meet your unique needs.
Having recently moved to the Pacific Northwest from Indiana, I have had a lot of fun exploring the parks and trails with my husband and consider my happiest of places to be among the trees and mountains. I also enjoy activities closer to home, such as cooking and baking, gardening, reading and needlepoint. With our children grown and on their own, I share my home with my husband, two dogs and three cats.
I assist adults and couples who are experiencing a wide variety of concerns, including: trauma and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and substance use.
